Schedule a Consult

Schedule an initial consult with our functional medicine Nurse Practitioner.  After booking and before your visit you will be sent  some questionnaires and forms to fill out.  Visits can be booked in house or as telehealth.  Our NP is only licensed to see patients in MA and we do accept most insurances.

Get Labs completed

At the time of your appointment our NP will order and/or draw complete lab panels to assess hormones, vitamin levels, thyroid functions, etc. based on what is necessary to help get to the root cause of your concern.  Some labs are not covered by insurance.

Schedule a Follow up

After labs are completed we recommend you schedule a follow up visit with our NP to go over the results and treatment plan.  Treatments typically include a mix of lifestyle, nutrition, supplements and hormone replacement therapy recommendations.  Because we use bio-identical hormones, they are not always covered by your insurance.
